By A few weeks ago, I was getting ready to do some work on my desktop computer. My desktop computer is just a little over a year old and has worked great until this day. When I turned on my computer on this day my monitor stayed black. After checking all the wires to make sure that nothing was unhooked, I knew I needed to take my computer and to be looked at by a professional. This is not a problem for me because I have total tech support from Best Buy.
Using my laptop, I set up an appointment for two days later with Best Buy. Unhooking all the wires from my CPU it got loaded into the van. When I went in for my scheduled appointment, I explained what was going on to the technician. He said let me go run a diagnostic. A few minutes later he told me he thought I needed a new monitor because my CPU was fine. About 30 minutes later, i left with a new monitor after thanking the very helpful salesman for his knowledge and expertise. It indeed was the monitor and now it works great! I should point out that I did not replace my monitor when I bought my new computer because that particular salesman and I determined that because it was working fine at the time that I should just spend the money when I needed to replace my monitor instead since every portion of a desktop computer is now a separate purchase.
Two weeks after my computer was up and running again my phone died. A phone is a vital piece of equipment for most people, but being a content creator it is essential. I create most of my content on my phone and so I need one that is reliable. Thankfully I was able to replace it easily and very budget friendly as well. I used to have a meltdown if my equipment did not work properly. That reaction is a side effect of my condition. People with cerebral palsy do not like change. I am happy to tell you all that I am much better with change than I used to be.
