2020 has been a rough year. I documented quite a bit of it on this blog, but some of it I didn’t. Let’s face it: the world was difficult in 2020. As we close out this year: I want you all to know I wish us all a joyous 2021. I think we’ve earned it. If you lost love ones know that I share your grief and you are not alone. I want this blog to be a place where you are: seen, heard, loved, and valued simply as you are.
I don’t make resolutions anymore because I always break them. I call them challenges or goals instead. This year I’ve decided to use the term goals. Here they are in no particular order:
1. regular exercise
2. eat as healthy as possible
3. drink more water
4. be present as much as possible
5. Love more
6. be kinder
7. continue to let others see my faith not as a weapon against them but as a way to love and respect them
8. continue to change the conversation around my condition: this last one will be my next blog post.
Now it’s your turn: what are your goals for 2021? Let’s talk about it.
